Upcoming Hotspots for Mike Lewantowicz
Mike Lewantowicz
Agency Manager
Noelle was born and raised in the Dayton, Ohio area. By contrast, Mike, the son of an Air Force officer, grew up in 15 different cities. Noelle attended the University of Cincinnati with a major in Economics while Mike studied Electrical Engineering at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. After college, Mike worked as a Control Systems Engineer while Noelle found employment first as a purchasing agent and then as a recruiter in the tech industry.
It was while Noelle was working as a recruiter in 1999 that Alex Abuyuan, one of NAA's top agency managers, asked her to explore National Agents Alliance. Noelle had been noticing a downward trend in the tech industry and was ready for a change. Starting off on a part time basis, Noelle was soon bringing home $300 - 800 a week. Mike, who had been skeptical, was convinced. The two set about making their presence known within the company.
Mike and Noelle decided early on to fund their agency completely on their own. "While growing the business, it was not always peaches and cream, we were able to grow the business without any up front capital. The income from our personal production was enough to cover our living expenses and fund our growth. We made several sacrifices and intentionally delayed some things like the purchase of a new car and the purchase of a new home so that we could reinvest the money in our business. Now we have a beautiful home, are debt free, and are focused on helping agents."
To help new agents make their own mark at National Agents Alliance, the Lewantowiczs have the following advice: "Develop a game plan, review it each month. Make sure you are sitting down with an agency leader that is growing and has the ability to coach you. Take advantage of the educational system - it's FREE."
Now that they have achieved their goal of financial independence, Mike and Noelle are enjoying the ability to set their own hours. The family, which includes 6 year old Emily, 4 year old Erin, 2 year old Elise, and 6 month old Eamon, takes frequent trips together to places like Hawaii, Grand Cayman, Bermuda, Orlando, and Tucson. In addition, the family is very active in their faith. Mike serves on the Board of Directors for a private school that is focused on forming tomorrow's leaders. Noelle stays busy running the business and keeping up with the kids' education. The Lewantowiczs are certainly an amazing family with a very bright future.
