President & CEO, National Agents Alliance

Andy Albright is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of National Agents Alliance, arguably the country's largest and most successful insurance marketing organization specializing in life event marketing and sales headquartered in Burlington, N.C.  Albright has appeared in regional magazines and newspapers. National Agents Alliance was chosen from a pool of 35,000 area businesses as the N.C. Triad's Fastest Growing Company by Greensboro's Triad Business Journal in 2007. Albright was named to the Triad's 2011 Movers & Shakers list by Business Leader magazine. Albright's drive and unwillingness to accept "the way things have always been done" are one of the reasons NAA continues to grow. Albright, a 1986 graduate of North Carolina State University, is the author of two books, "8 Steps to Success" and "Millionaire Maker Manual." He is known as a leader who is able to move people and change their thinking for the better in life and business. Albright mentors students at N.C. State University and Western Alamance High School, and is also a motivational speaker for various groups and organizations such as Keller Williams. In 2016, Albright launched two popular podcasts titled "MOVE: Principles for Getting the Best Results" and "The Wednesday Call with Andy Albright." Albright is the host of "The Wednesday Call live with Andy Albright," a weekly YouTube show that airs weekly and is also the host of "The NAActivity Call," a national conference call that airs every Friday morning. Both the show and the call are designed to help insurance agents become more successful in business and life. Albright is the namesake of the Albright Entrepreneurs Village (AEV), a place for N.C. State students who want to learn to think like an entrepreneur. The AEV is a residential community on Centennial Campus that involves residents from all majors and provides social and co-curricular activities to engage them in the startup world and encourage them to develop their ideas and ventures. This diverse group receives coaching from successful entrepreneurs and immersion in the programs that help students translate ideas into action. "It is an honor to have the living and learning village named after us," Albright said in September of 2014 at the AEV grand opening. "My wife, Jane and I both have a heart for helping kids in many areas and this is just another way that we can express our commitment to future generations. From childhood to today, we have both been big fans of N.C. State and this is one way we can continue to show our loyalty to the Wolfpack." Albright is a member of the advisory board for N.C. State's Entrepreneurship Initiative, a member of the advisory board for the N.C. State University Engagement and a loyal supporter and major donor of Wolfpack athletics. Albright is a motivational speaker for various groups and organizations. He is passionate about helping mentor entrepreneurial-minded students and aspiring job creators. Andy was the keynote speaker for the Triangle Entrepreneur Week at N.C. State in November of 2011 is a contributor to the N.C. State Caldwell Fellows program and has served as a judge for N.C. State University's Entrepreneurship Initiative "Shark Tank" events and the LuLu eGames. Andy and his wife, Jane support numerous charitable organizations like the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Victory Junction Gang, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, Duke Children's Hospital and Feed The Hunger. Andy and his wife, Jane reside in Union Ridge, N.C. on the same acreage where Andy was raised. They have two children - Haleigh and Spencer. Albright said his passion for helping people started at an early age and his desire to be successful stems from the work ethic he learned from his father. He believes that anybody can be successful if they are willing to do the work consistently. "The road to success can take a detour," Albright says. "I tell people that I do not care if they come from Yale or jail; it is what you do from today that counts. I do not care if you are a redneck or a blueblood, it's attitude that counts." As a child, Andy worked farming fields, playing baseball until the sun went down and dreamed of how he could improve his financial circumstances. After graduating from N.C. State with a degree in textile sciences, he spent the next 11 years proving his leadership ability at textile companies like Glen Raven Mills, Allied Signal and Burlington Industries. Despite the success of National Agents Alliance, Andy Albright believes the company's best years are in front of it. His goal is to lead The Alliance into a billion-dollar company. He's also committed to helping agents and corporate staff to reach their full potential. He does this through countless meeting and conversations, giving staff books and audios and by providing his people access to guest speakers and seminars.
